Responsibilities

We are looking for a IT Support Specialist (Microsoft 365) who will be responsible for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration, providing end-user support, training for hardware and software, and collaborating with the IT Manager to ensure operational security, Maintenance, and Governance.

 

The ideal candiate will be proficient in the following areas of performance:

  • Provide operational support of Microsoft 365 tenant and applications including Office, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Endpoint Manager, OneDrive for Business, Power Automate, Power Apps.
  • Monitor, analyze and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging M365 and related core technologies; stay up to date and well-in-the-know regarding M365 updates and roadmaps
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical business and executive leaders
  • Identify and analyze business and technical requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and/or functional M365 issues
  • Must be able to operate independently and handle complex problems with a sharp eye for detail

Compensation and Benefits

 

Starting annual salary of $70,000, paid weekly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Associate’s Degree or Technical certificate; verifiable equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • 2 years’ min experience working with M365 services, both functionally and technically
  • Understanding of how M365 technologies are applied within an enterprise organization
  • Familiarity with enterprise security and information protection tools, Azure Identity services (Azure AD), rights management
  • Microsoft certifications in relevant areas is strongly desired
  • Intermediate to Advanced PowerShell experience is required
  • Adaptability, Attention to detail, Stress tolerance
  • Ability to reach, lift, feel, grasp, type.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
