We are looking for a Human Resource Administrative Assistant experienced in supporting a human resources team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in recruitment, the use of application tracking software, file maintenance, and on-boarding.


This position would be responsible for scheduling interviews and on-boarding with candidates, maintaining information in applicant tracking software, storing and maintaining files, and the day to day administrative tasks to support the human resource and talent acquisition teams.

Compensation and Benefits


Salary: annual salary starting at $40,000, paid weekly.

Must Haves 

  • Atleast 1-3 years of experience supporting a human resources team.
  • Atleast 1-3 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.

Nice to Haves

  • An associates's degree in Human Resources.
  • Atleast 1-3 years of high volume recruiting experience.
  • Experience with standard applicant tracking systems.
