Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
  • Manage the full life cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer process, interviews, and on-boarding.
  • Research candidate pool and identify sourcing possibilities, while identifying barriers and solutions to the recruiting process.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment with constantly changing priorities.
  • Review applications for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers and other decision makers, participating in the candidate selection process.
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with both active and passive candidates.
  • Maintaining an understanding of the market data and creatively identifying top talent.
  • Utilizes iCIMs, our Applicant Tracking Software, to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment activities and candidate files.
  • Ability to create and modify job descriptions to attract talent.

Compensation and Benefits

 

Salary: annual salary starting at $42,000 - $45,000, paid weekly.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Atleast 1-3 years of high volume recruiting experience.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Atleast 1-3 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.

Nice-to-Haves

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential or an equivalent certification.
  • Experience with iCIMs.
  • Renewable Energy or solar experience.
